رغم انتقال العاصمة لمدينة عدن منذ عشر سنوات تقريبا إلا أن المقرات الرئيسية للمنظمات الدولية لم تغادر صنعاء الا بعد إصدار ترامب والإدارة الأمريكية قرارها القهري بتصنيف جماعة انصار الله ” جماعة إرهابية ” بسبب وقوفهم العروبي المشرف مع أحداث غزة ونصرتهم لابنائها في حربهم الوجودية مع الكيان الصهيوني .
نحن نقدر دور المنظمات الدولية والحقوقية الإنساني الذي يساهم في تخفيف معاناة شعبنا ولو بالجزء البسيط وعليه وجب علينا توضيح بعض الحقائق التي ستواجهكم وبكل تأكيد ستعيق عملكم ومهامكم الإنسانية في عدن والمحافظات الجنوبية .
اولا : انتم اليوم في مدينة انعدمت فيها المصداقية ، وكل ما بداخلها من غضب وتفاعل مجتمعي وعمل ونجاح ينسب تحقيقه لعيدروس الزبيدي والمجلس الانتقالي ، علما بأنهم سبب اساسي في الفشل القائم ونكبة عدن الاقتصادية والمجتمعية والتعليمية والصحية ، وحديتهم الإعلامي عن القضية الجنوبية ماهو الا فزاعة وتكتيك سياسي يعود عليهم بالنفع .
وعلى ما اظن شاهدتم او سمعتم كيف تم تحويل تظاهرات واحتياجات ابناء عدن الاخيرة التي كانت في ساحة العروض بخور مكسر الى حملة دعم وتأييد للمجلس الانتقالي ” السلطة القائمة على عدن ” .
٢) انتم في عدن ‘ المدينة التي تفتقد للامان الاجتماعي والسلم الاهلي فقد اصبح اهل عدن غرباء فيها انتزعت حقوقهم القانونية والدستورية وصاروا مهمشين فاقدين لابسط حقوقهم بمدينتهم فلن ترون ابناء عدن يتقلدون المناصب المحلية في مدينتهم ، لن تجدوهم مدراء او نواب او مدراء ادارات للمرافق المدنية كالنقل والاوقاف والمحافظة والثقافة والتربية والرياضة والصحة ، أبناء عدن لا يملكون الحق في ادارة مدينتهم امنيا فلن تجدوهم مدراء في الأقسام الشرطية او نواب ، ولن تجدوهم في الوحدات والتشكيلات الامنية او النقط الامنية في الشوارع ، قلة قليلة منهم جنود لا قرار لهم ولا سلطة . نعيم الإدارة في عدن يصب في منطقة ينتمي لها رئيس الانتقالي المسؤول الأول عن سلطة الامر الواقع في عدن والمحافظات الجنوبية .
٣) ايها السادة لاتحزنوا فلقد انتقلتم لعاصمة يكثر فيها المتسولين نتيجة الممارسات والانتهاكات والظلم والقهر على ابنائها ومواطنيها رغم ذلك لا اظن انهم سيحصلون على خدماتكم الانسانية سيكون هناك حاجز ولوبي مسيطر على المقدرات بمختلف اشكالها ولن يستفيد من خدماتكم غيره .لديهم المقدرة والطرق والاساليب الغير مشروعة للوصول وتفعيل خاصية خدمة الشعب .
وفي حال رفضكم له وعدم إعطاء فرص استغلالكم سيفرض ارادته وسيطرته عليكم بقوة السلاح والنفوذ واجباركم على توظيف وتعيين اتباعهم ومن هم على شاكلتهم ، فئة تسيطر على المراكز والنفوذ في عدن و غيبت ابنائها .
٤) لقد وصلتم قرية عدن ، لا كهرباء ولا صحة ولا تعليم ومختلف الخدمات معدومة ، يقولون انها العاصمة المؤقتة والسلطة الحاكمة تتواجد فيها وتتربع على قصورها في معاشيق وجولدمور ، سلطة الانتقالي المدعوم اماراتيا والشرعية ومجلسها الرئاسي وحكومتها المدعوم سعوديا ودوليا .
٥) ايها السادة غضوا ابصاركم حال علمتم ان راتب الموظف في عدن لا يتجاوز ال 100 ريال سعودي أو أقل ، ورغم ذلك لا يستطيع البنك المركزي المعترف به دوليا الايفاء بتسديد قيمة الأجور .
٦) السادة الاعزاء عليكم التاقلم على انهيار العملة المتسارع ، سجلوا قيمة سعر الصرف وقت وصولكم يوم وصولكم فبعد أقل من شهر تتضاعف قيمتها . نوضح لكم ذلك لتدركوا حجم مسؤوليتكم تجاه المواطنين البسطاء المعدمين وما ينعكس عليه من معاناة نتيجة ذاك الانهيار .
٧) السادة الاعزاء لا تتعجبوا أن رأيتم مواكب عظيمة من المدرعات والاطقم والمركبات العسكرية المدججة بمختلف انواع الاسلحة فهي تحمي افراد متسلطون على عدن يسمون انفسهم قادة بحجم وطن وهم بالمئات ولا تقهرون اذا شاهدتم تلك المواكب الضخمة بمدينه تحمل دون منازع لقب عاصمة المتسولين والفقراء . وقتها ستعلمون ان انتطفاء الكهرباء لعدم وجود الوقود لتشغيل محطات الكهرباء في حين توفيره لتشغيل وتسيير مواكب القيادات فهي تسمى لدى ابناء عدن البسطاء مواكب الموت فكم دهست من النساء واطفال والشيوخ والشباب بسبب سرعتها الجنونية .
٨) انتقلتم لعدن مدينة القضاء والنيابة والمحاكم ، جميعهم سوط لضرب البسطاء والضعفاء ولا يد او سلطة لها على الاقوياء وجرائم اخفاء وقتل عشال والمفقودين . هؤلاء يتم حمايتهم وضح النهار ودون استحياء ، تطاول فاضح على القيم والقانون .
٩) السادة الاعزاء انتم في مدينة عدن مدينة الفساد والنهب والسلب والجبايات الغير قانونية التي تصب في جيوب سلطة الامر الواقع القائمة ولديهم القوة و المبررات والحجج بشرعنة النهب الذي نتج عنه تسمية عدن بمدينة المتسولين والفقراء وضعفاء النفوس .

”Adults” a non-politicized message from Abu Siraj.. International organizations in Aden “God was with your help”
Despite the transfer of the capital to the city of Aden almost ten years ago, the headquarters of international organizations did not leave Sana’a until after Trump and the American administration issued its coercive decision to classify the Ansar Allah group as a “terrorist group” because of their honorable Arab standing with the events of Gaza and their support for its people in their existential war with the Zionist entity.
We appreciate the role of international and human rights organizations, which contributes to alleviating the suffering of our people, even in small part, and therefore we must clarify some of the facts that will confront you, which will certainly hinder your work and humanitarian tasks in Aden and the southern governorates.
First: You are today in a city where there is no credibility, and all the anger, community interaction, work and success within it is attributed to Aidros Al-Zubaidi and the Transitional Council, knowing that they are a key reason for the existing failure and the economic, social, educational and health Nakaba of Aden, and their media loneness on the southern issue is nothing but a scarecrow and a political tactic that benefits them.
I think you have seen or heard how the demonstrations and needs of the last of the people of Aden, which were in the square of shows, broken incense, were turned into a campaign of support and endorsement of the Transitional Council, the “Aden-based authority”.
2) You are in Aden, the city that lacks social security and civil peace. The bliss of the administration in Aden is located in an area to which the transitional president, the first responsible for the de facto authority in Aden and the southern governorates, belongs.
3) Gentlemen, do not be sad, for you have moved to a capital where beggars are frequented as a result of practices, violations, injustice and oppression against its children and citizens. However, I do not think that they will get your humanitarian services. There will be a barrier and a lobby that controls the capabilities in all its forms and others will benefit from your services. They have the ability, methods and illegal methods to reach and activate the feature of serving the people.
If you reject it and do not give the opportunities to exploit you, he will impose his will and control on you with the strength of weapons and influence and force you to hire and appoint their followers and those who are like them, a group that controls the centers and influence in Aden and has absent its children.
4) You have reached the village of Aden, there is no electricity, no health, no education, and various services are non-existent. They say that it is the temporary capital and the ruling authority is present in it and its palaces are located in Ashaq and Goldmore, the UAE-backed transitional authority, the legitimacy, its presidential council and its government is Saudi and internationally supported.
5) Gentlemen, turn a blind eye to you once you learn that the employee’s salary in Aden does not exceed 100 Saudi riyals or less, and yet the internationally recognized central bank cannot meet the payment of wages.
6) Dear gentlemen, you are familiar with the rapid collapse of the currency. Record the exchange rate at the time of your arrival on the day of your arrival. They protect individuals who are in control of Eden who call themselves leaders the size of a homeland, and they are in the hundreds and do not conquer if you see those huge processions in a city that undisputedly bear the title of the capital of beggars and the poor.
