رفع مجلس الحراك الثوري في ارخبيل سقطرى تقريره السري الثاني إلى قيادته في مجلس الحراك الثوري الجنوبي كاشفا الأطماع الإستعمارية للإمارات وعبثها بسقطرى والجزر التابعة لها وهي عبدالكوري وسمحة وكشف مدى الانتهاك الإماراتي السافر للسيادة الوطنية للجزيرة.
وقد وجه المكتب السياسي للحراك الثوري الجنوبي بنشر التقرير السري في جزءه الثاني لأهميته ولاطلاع الرأي العام المحلي والدولي على فداحة الانتهاكات الإماراتية وتجاوزاتها ومساسها بسيادة الجزيرة .. فيما يلي نص التقرير :

اوضح مجلس الحراك الثوري في ارخبيل سقطرى بتقريره الثاني أن الامارات كانت عينها على سقطرى منذ وقت مبكر واستخدمت العديد من اليافطات لتبرير نشاطها السياسي الاستعماري.
واضاف التقرير أنه مابين عامي2011 و2012م ارسلت الامارات ضابط المخابرات المكنى ابوطارق تحت يافطة انه رجل الخير والعطاء ويتوق الى مساعدة الفقراء والمحتاجين وقام بزيارات استطلاعية لمختلف مناطق سقطرى واخفى نشاطه الاستخباراتي خلف ساتر العمل الخيري والانساني من خلال صرف مبلغ ضئيل جدا لبعض الناس وكان في سفريات متواصلة بين ابوظبي وسقطرى.
واستمر الإماراتي ابوطارق بهذا العمل الاستخباراتي متسترا بالعمل الخيري ولانساني الى ماقبل انطلاق مايسمى بعاصفة الحزم للتحالف السعودي الإماراتي بشهور قليلة اختفى ابوطارق وسافر للامارات ولم يعد واختفت مساعداته المزعومة التي كانت غطاء لنشاطاته الاستخباراتية المشبوهة.
ولفت التقرير أنه بعد تلك العاصفة العبثية اتخذت ابوظبي عددا من الخطوات وبشكل تدريجي لاحتلال سقطرى من خلال السيطرة التدريجية على المؤسسات الخدمية وكل مصادر الثروة وطمس الهوية السقطرية الجنوبية وغرس في عقول الناس الهوية الإماراتية مستغلة الحرب ودخولها في التحالف من أجل إعادة الشرعية اليمنية الى صنعاء بصفتها عضو فاعل في ذلك التحالف الاحتلالي وكذلك الغطاء الخيري والانساني من خلال مؤسسة خليفة للاعمال الانسانية والهلال الاحمر الأماراتي واستغلت ماترتب عن الحرب من نتائج إنسانية كارثية ترتب عنها العوز والفقر وانقطاع الرواتب وتدهور العملة المحلية وماترتب عليها من الغلاء في المعيشة كل تلك الظروف المأساوية التي اوجدتها الحرب العبثية استغلتها ابوظبي للوصول الى غايتها ومسفت عن اطماعها الاستعمارية في السيطرة على الجنوب وثرواته وكل ماهو جميل فيه ومثمر والغني بالخيرات الوافرة وعملت من خلال ادواتها المحليين على إغواء البعض هنا بالمكارم الأماراتية المزعومة والتي لم تكن سوى سراب في الافق البعيد إذ بلغت اعلى سقف لتلك المكارم في بداية دخول الإمارات الى الارخبيل 1000درهم ثم انخفض المبلغ الى 500 درهم ثم انخفض الى 300 درهم ثم انخفض الى 250 درهم وعندما اطمئنت ابوظبي بان امر سقطرى شبه تحت يدها انخفضت المكرمة الى 200 درهم شهريا لحد اللحظة.
وقال التقرير إن تلك ال200 درهم التي سميت بالمكرمة المهينة التي يرافقها التصوير والتشهير المذل لشعب حر وشجاع كشعب الجنوب العظيم الذي نهب ثرواته ذلك التحالف الاحتلالي وفرض عليه العوز والغلاء والفقر وعطل كل الخدمات الضرورية الأساسية لحياة الإنسان.
وأوضح أن الامارات سعت إلى ايقاع ابناء سقطرى في فخ تلك المغريات المزعومة وهدفها تخليهم عن تاريخهم وهويتهم السقطرية الجنوبية المتجذرة في اعماق التاريخ وعملت على ايجاد عملاء واتباع وموالين لها في الجنوب واغدقت عليهم بالاموال ومنحت البعض منهم الجنسية الإماراتية لتنفيذ أجندتها الاستعمارية في سقطرى وبات اهتمامها بها يفوق كل اهتماماتها الاستعمارية للجنوب ككل حيث ارسلت ابوظبي مندوبها الى سقطرى المدعو خلفان المزروعي المكنى ابومبارك الذي استطاع ان يستقطب ويستميل البعض من الشخصيات وصرف للبعض منها السيارات الفارهة مع امتيازات مادية شهرية تتراوح مابين 5000 درهم و10000 درهم إماراتي والبعض الاخر صرف لها الاموال وامتيازات مالية شهرية.
وأكد أن المزروعي قام بشراء اراضي في سوق وفي حديبوه ونوجد وديكسم ومناطق اخرى تقدر مساحاتها الشاسعة بمئات الكيلومترات ووضع سورا على البعض منها والبعض الاخر شيدها والبعض من تلك الاراضي اتخذ منها مزارع لمختلف انواع الخضروات وحضائر الاغنام وجلب عمالا من الخارج من جنسيات اسيوية وشيد مصنع برايم لتعليب الاسماك في منطقة سوق-حديبوه واشترى الجمال والنوق والماعز والابقار.
تجريف الثروة السمكية:
وكشف التقرير بأن المزروعي أصبح يسيطر على قطاع الثروة السمكية من خلال تواصله برؤساء الجمعيات السمكية في سقطرى بهدف احتكار بيع الاسماك لمصنع برايم الإماراتي وبابخس الاثمان وقد استطاع ان يتفق مع بعض رؤوساء الجمعيات الا ان بعض جمعيات مديرية قلنسية سجلت موقفا وطنيا شجاعا وذلك برفضها بيع انتاج الاسماك لمصنع برايم الإماراتي بالسعر المحدد من قبل المزروعي وقامت ببيع انتاجها السمكي للتجار المحليين الذين يوردون الاسماك لبيعها في المكلا وقصيعر وغيرهما من المحافضات لانهم اعطوا سعرا افضل يفوق ما اعطاه المزروعي الذي يريد ان يستبخس صيادي سقطرى بقيمة انتاجهم السمكي ويحتكرها لمصلحة مصنع برايم الإماراتي علما بان الاسماك التي استحوذ عليها المزروعي واعوانه يتم شحنها للامارات والقرن الإفريقي بعد تفريغها من العازلات (ثلاجات التبريد الضخمة) الى الطائرة الإماراتية الجاثمة في مطار سقطرى لتقله الى ابوظبي والقرن الافريقي والبعض منها يتم تعليبة في مصنع برايم للاسماك الاماراتي الكائن في سوق بحديبوه ثم يتم شحنها الى ابوظبي وبعض العواصم الافريقية على متن الطائرات الإماراتية.
الإتصالات والانترنت:
وأوضح التقرير أن ابوظبي عمدت الى أصعاف شبكة الاتصالات والانترنت اليمنية يمن موبايل من خلال قيامها ببناء ابراج للاتصالات والانترنت الاماراتية في عموم مناطق سقطرى في حديبوه وقلنسية وديكسم ونوجد وغيرها مما ادى الى قوة شبكة الاتصالات والنت الإماراتية على حساب شبكة الاتصالات اليمنية يمن موبايل.
طيران اماراتي بطبيعة تجسسية:
وأوضح التقرير أنه في خطوة غير مسبوقة اقدمت ابوظبي على احضار العشرات من الطائرات صغيرة الحجم ذات الاغراض التجسسية والاستخباراتية والا ما الداعي لوجودها في الارخبيل وشيدت لها هناجر وحضائر في مطار سقطرى وتقوم تلك الطائرات باعمال مشبوهة حيث تطير ليلا ونهارا وعلى ارتفاعات منخفضة جدا واحيانا تطير بشكل جماعي وهي تحلق في اجواء سقطرى وفي المرتفعات وكل الاماكن وفي الاودوية العميقة والهضاب وبشكل متكرر ويعتقد بانها تقوم بعمليات التصوير اثناء طيرانها لدرجة انها تطير وتحلق فوق المنازل وبارتفاع منخفض جدا يؤدي لكشف عورات المواطنين وهذا العمل يعتبر غير اخلاقي وغير مقبول وترفضه كل الشرائع والاديان والقوانين الدولية الإنسانية .. يحدث هذا امام مرأى ومسمع من صدعوا رؤوسنا بشعارات التحرير والاستقلال ولكن الحقائق على الارض تؤكد أنهم ليسوا الا ادوات بيد الاماراتييين.
الكهرباء:
وأشار التقرير أنه بعد دخول المندوب الاماراتي خلفان المزروعي الى ارخبيل سقطرى قدم وعودا كاذبة لابناء سقطرى مدعيا بانه سيدعمهم وسينمي الارخبيل في كل الجوانب الخدمية التي تلامس حياة المواطن السقطري وسيمد الى كل منزل التيار الكهربائي مجانا وان دولته ستضمن لهم العيش الرغيد والحياة الكريمة طبعا اطلق تلك الوعود كي يستطيع ان يسيطر على الكهرباء وفعلا استطاع المزروعي ان يحكم سيطرته التامة على الكهرباء في الارخبيل واطلق عليها اسم (ديكسم باور) وسلم إدارتها لمصريين وعراقيين وفجاءة سلم للمواطنين فواتير قيمة الاستهلاك الكهربائي بمئات الالاف من الريالات وبعد هذه الخطوة امر بقطع التيار الكهربائي على من لم يركب العداد الذي سيتم شراؤه من ادارة الكهرباء نفسها وبعد شد ومد بين ادارة الكهرباء والمواطنين ركبوا عدادات لكل منزل وارتفعت قيمة الفواتير كل شهر وبعد ذلك تلت الخطوة الثالثة من المزروعي بارغام المواطنين على قطع البطاقة الالكترونية الاماراتية التي من خلالها يتم تعبئية الرصيد الكهربائي من قبل إدارة الكهرباء علما بان ذلك الرصيد سرعان ماينفذ في ايام وبالتالي على المواطن ان يعيد تعبئة الرصيد مالم سيقطع عليه التيار الكهربائي وسيعيش في ظلام دامس وغير مقبول الدفع بالريال اليمني الا بالدرهم الإماراتي.
ذلك نموذج لمدى الاستغلال والابتزاز والإذلال الذي مارسه الإماراتي خلفان المزروعي ومساعديه الإماراتيين ضد ابناء سقطرى لحد انه في ايام جائحة كورونا احضر المزروعي لقاح لكورونا من الإمارات الى مشفى خليفة في حديبوه واصدر اوامره من برجه العاجي في الإمارات الى اللجنة التي عينها لصرف ال 200 درهم بعدم تسليم تلك المكرمة المهينة لاي عسكري او موظف مدني الا باحضار كارت يثبت بانه اخذ جرعة كورونا مالم فانه سيحرم من تلك المكرمة ما أدى إلى تزاحم الناس على مشفى خليفة الإماراتي لاخذ تلك الجرعة تحت وطأة الظروف الصعبة لانهم بحاجة لتلك ال200 درهم الا ان غالبية الناس رفضت اخذ تلك الجرعة المشروطة باستلام ال200 درهم وساد الغضب والغليان الشعبي في الشارع السقطري ضد المزروعي ما ارغمه على إلغاء امره الجائر وسلمت ال200 درهم لموظفي الدولة مدنيين وعسكريين بدون قيد او شرط.
الخدمات النفطية:
وأكد التقرير أن هذا القطاع استحوذت عليه الإمارات وانتشرت محطاتها المتنلقة في حديبوه وموري وقلنسية وهو غالي الثمن عما هو يباع ببقية محافظات الجنوب فضلا عن مادة الغاز الإماراتي التي يصل سعرها الى فوق ال 20 الف ريال يمني للدبة الواحدة.
اما البترول الذي يباع في السوق السوداء حدث ولا حرج لا رقيب ولاحسيب .. البترول الإماراتي موجود وبكثرة في السوق السوداء يحدث هذا امام السلطة المحلية التي يفترض ان تنتصر لمصالح المواطنين وترعى شؤونهم الخاصة والعامة وتحارب مثل كهذا ظواهر تثقل كاهل المواطن السقطري المغلوب على امره جراء الغلاء في كل ضروريات الحياة والفقر الذي وجد بفعل فاعل بحكم ان سقطرى خاصة غنية بمواردها السمكية والسياحية والحيوانية والجنوب عامة تزخر ارضه بالخير والثروات الا ان التحالف الاحتلالي كرس في الجنوب تلك المعاناة الإنسانية وهو من اوجدها وتعاني منها سقطرى والجنوب عامة بهدف إخضاع شعب الجنوب لتوجهات ومشاريع التحالف الاحتلالي واصبح المزروعي هو الحاكم الفعلي لسقطرى.
وكشف التقرير عن تقسيم سقطرى الى مناطق وفي كل منطقة تم تنصيب ما يسمى بالمعرف وطبعا الغطاء الإنساني والخيري هو الساتر الذي تختبئ خلفه الاهداف الحقيقية لانشاء هذا الكيان المسمى بالمعرفين والمؤسف ان مايسمى بالسلطات المحلية هنا لا يجرؤون على تحريك ساكنا حيال عبث وانتهاكات الامارات للسيادة الوطنية بل هم مذعنين لاوامر المزروعي ومن اشتم منه المزروعي رائحة العصيان لاوامره امر بارسال فيزاء له لزيارة الأمارات للتنزه والسياحة وهيئ له كل اسباب الراحة وانزله بافخم الفنادق الراقية محاطا بالخدم والحشم وعند عودته للارخبيل يكون سميع مطيع لأوامر المزروعي حفاظا على المزايا المادية التي انعم بها عليه المزروعي كل ذلك على حساب سيادة وكرامة الوطن.
وأكد أن ما اشرنا له في التقرير من الانتهاكات التي اقترفتها الإمارات منذ دخولها للارخبيل وحتى اللحظة بحق السيادة الوطنية ماهو الا النذر اليسير من تلك الانتهاكات وماخفي كان اعظم وان السكوت عن تلك الانتهاكات هو الخنوع والإذلال بعينه وان ما يجري هنا في هذا الارخبيل الرئع خاصة وفي الجنوب عامة من قبل ابوظبي يعتبر تمهيداً لضم سقطرى الى سيادتها وذلك ماتخطط له ابوظبي وبمساعدة وتعاون بينها وبين ادواتها في الجنوب لتسليمها الارخبيل وامتدادا لماجرى ويجري في مختلف مناطق الجنوب الواقعة تحت احتلال ابوظبي وتحديدا عدن والمكلا وبلحاف وميناء الضبة وجزيرة ميون وغيرها من المواقع الجنوبية الاستراتيجية الهامة مما يستدعي مواجهة تلك النوايا الاستعمارية الخبيثة من قبل كل القوى الجنوبية الحرة التي لم ترتهن لإرادة التحالف الاحتلالي وكبح جماح ذلك المحتل الإماراتي الجديد وأفشال مخططاته الاستعمارية ولن يتأتى ذلك الا بصحوة جنوبية قوية وبوحدة صف وقيادة جنوبية واحدة حرة تمتلك قرارها السياسي والعسكري غير مرتهنة للتحالف.
كما أوضح التقرير أن ابوظبي تستخدم سياسة الفوضى بهدف إيجاد بؤر عدم الاستقرار وإشغال الناس بتكاليف حياتهم اليومية التي باتت صعبة ومعقدة
وذلك من خلال ادواتها التي اشترت ضمائرهم بدراهم بخسة.

The Council of the Revolutionary Movement in the Socotra Archipelago made it clear in its second report that the UAE had its eye on Socotra from an early age and used many banners to justify its colonial political activity.

The report added that between 2011 and 2012 , the UAE sent the intelligence officer, nicknamed Abu Tariq, under the banner that he is a man of benevolence and giving and is eager to help the poor and needy. Abu Dhabi and Socotra.

The Emirati Abu Tariq continued this intelligence work, disguised as charitable and humanitarian work, until a few months before the launch of the so-called Decisive Storm of the Saudi-Emirati coalition. He explained that the UAE sought to lure the people of Socotra into the trap of these alleged temptations, and its goal is to abandon their history and their southern Socotra identity, which is rooted in the depths of history. All its colonial interests are for the south as a whole, as Abu Dhabi sent its representative to Socotra, called Khalfan Al Mazrouei, aka Abu Mubarak, who was able to attract and woo some of the personalities and exchanged for some of them luxury cars with monthly financial privileges ranging between 5000 dirhams and 10000 dirhams, while others spent money and monthly financial privileges on them.

Socotra with the value of their fish production and monopolizes it for the benefit of the Emirati Prime Factory, noting that the fish that Al Mazrouei and his associates acquired are shipped to the Emirates and the Horn of Africa after being unloaded from the insulators (huge refrigerators) to the Emirati plane stationed at Socotra Airport to transport it to Abu Dhabi and the Horn of Africa, and some of them are canned in the Prime Factory For Emirati fish located in a market in Hadiboh, then they are shipped to Abu Dhabi and some African capitals on board Emirati planes.

Communication and the Internet:
The report indicated that Abu Dhabi deliberately weakened the Yemeni communications and internet network, Yemen Mobile, by building towers for Emirati communications and Internet in all Socotra regions in Hadiboh, Qalansiyah, Dixum, Nojd, and others, which led to the strength of the UAE communications and internet network at the expense of the Yemeni communications network, Yemen Mobile.

Emirates Airlines with a spy nature:

Through it, the electric balance is recharged by the Electricity Department, noting that this balance will soon run out in days, and therefore the citizen must recharge the balance unless the electricity is cut off and he will live in complete darkness and it is not acceptable to pay in Yemeni riyals except in Emirati dirhams.

Oil services:
